Delete Account
You can request deletion of your Jamie's Food Tracker account and app data by contacting support.
How to Request Deletion
Email support@jamiesfoodtracker.com with the subject "Data deletion request." Please send the request from the email address used for your app account when possible.
If available in the app, you may also request account deletion from the account or settings area.
What to Include
- The email address used for your app account.
- A short note confirming that you want your account deleted.
- Any details that may help us find the correct account.
What May Be Deleted
Account information, food logs, estimates, revisions, app credit balance, app credit transactions, estimate usage records, uploaded meal photos, and support data associated with your account may be deleted, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, and operational retention requirements.
After Deletion
We generally process deletion requests within 30 days unless additional time is needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, accounting, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons.
After account deletion, we may retain limited records such as purchase records, app credit transactions, support messages, security logs, abuse-prevention records, and records required for accounting, tax, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Deleted data may not be recoverable.
