Use of the App

Jamie's Food Tracker helps users log meals and estimate calories and macros from text descriptions, photos, leftover photos, and manual entries. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting estimates before relying on them.

AI Estimates

Nutrition estimates are approximate and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. The app may misidentify foods, portions, ingredients, or leftovers. Nutrition information generated by Jamie's Food Tracker is an estimate only. AI-generated estimates may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific dietary, medical, or health needs. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting estimates before relying on them. You should use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical, dietary, or health decisions.

Not Medical Advice

Jamie's Food Tracker is for general wellness and food tracking only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical nutrition guidance. Jamie's Food Tracker does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account.

Payments, Paid App Access, and App Credits

Jamie's Food Tracker may be offered as a paid app and may include starter estimate credit. Additional app credit or features may be available through in-app purchases.

App credits are usable only inside Jamie's Food Tracker for supported app features. App credits are not cash, are not stored value, are not financial products, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside the app.

Jamie's Food Tracker uses app credits for AI-powered features. These credits are consumable digital app features used only inside Jamie's Food Tracker. They are not cash, stored value, bank credit, loan credit, a credit score, a credit report, or any other financial credit product.

Refunds may be handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass credit limits, abuse backend services, reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with app operation, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

User Content

You retain ownership of food logs, meal descriptions, photos, and other content you submit. You grant Jamie's Food Tracker permission to process that content as needed to provide app functionality, including AI estimation, storage, syncing, support, and service improvement.

Availability

The app may change, pause, or stop working at any time. Features may be modified during beta testing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamie's Food Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate estimates, app interruptions, lost data, or indirect damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
